A smile, A laugh; A tear

She seems so alive today as Spring casts its rays of golden sunshine through her hair of golden brown.

Her trek through life seems to be washed away as the birds sing their songs of joy and the trees give birth once again.

She seems to be content sharing a smile with a few close friends only to laugh at the tears pinned within.

I see her as a fading candle exhausting her existence , for she seems to be fooling no one but her self.

How I could cry for she has to be one of the chosen few to help us on our journey homeward.

She gives me hope and takes nothing in return.

I feel the agony of entering the river Styx as she washes away her life through a bottle trying to escape the past that life has bestowed her.

Oh how I laugh, but within I cry; only to share a smile when all she can do is hide.
